1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.paiinnovations.com and any content, demos or services offered through it (the “Site”), operated by Pragyan Ai Innovations (“Pragyan Ai”, “we”, “us”), the Ai engineering lab of VAYUZ Technologies. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational and evaluation purposes only. You agree not to:

• Misuse, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or breach its security or authentication measures.
• Disrupt or overload the Site, its security layer, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest or copy content at scale without written permission.
• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful material.

3. Proof-of-concept demos

The interactive proof-of-concept (POC) dashboards on the Site are illustrative demonstrations. They use synthetic or sample data and are provided for evaluation only. Figures, forecasts and outputs shown in a demo are not real, not advice, and must not be relied upon for any business, financial, clinical, legal or operational decision.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, code, graphics, the Pragyan Ai and VAYUZ Technologies names, logos and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

5. Engagements

Nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding commitment to provide services. Any project, deliverable, timeline, pricing or service level is governed solely by a separate written agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

6. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example scheduling, fonts, or bot-mitigation providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its demos are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragyan Ai and its parent, affiliates and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its demos.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pragyan Ai from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
