1. Who we are

Pragyan Ai Innovations (“Pragyan Ai”, “we”, “us”) is the Ai engineering lab of VAYUZ Technologies. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit https://www.paiinnovations.com, contact us, or engage us on a project. For privacy questions, write to hello@paiinnovations.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our services:

• Contact details you submit — name, work email, company, and the message or brief you send through our contact form or roadmap booking.
• Communication records — emails and call notes from an engagement or enquiry.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and basic request metadata captured by our hosting and security layer (used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention).
• Anti-spam signals — a Cloudflare Turnstile token verifying a form submission is human. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use your data

• Respond to enquiries and schedule roadmap calls.
• Deliver, support and improve contracted engagements.
• Secure our systems — rate-limiting, fraud and abuse prevention.
• Meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to train public Ai models.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK GDPR and India’s DPDP Act, 2023), we process personal data on the bases of: your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the business, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with service providers who help us operate, under contract and confidentiality:

• Email delivery (SMTP) for transactional messages.
• Cloudflare Turnstile for bot mitigation.
• Calendly for scheduling roadmap calls.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.

We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry and engagement data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, to meet legal and accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), strict Content-Security-Policy and security headers, access controls, per-IP rate-limiting, and VPC-isolated architectures on enterprise engagements. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and review our controls regularly.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@paiinnovations.com. We respond within the timeframes required by law.

9. International transfers

We are based in India and may process data in other countries via our providers. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
